What are some great Alabama golf courses that I should play when I visit there on business or vacation?

I travel south to Gulf Shores, Alabama each April and always try to play the Kiva Dunes Golf Course. Green fees are just less than $100 per round...much less than other nearby resorts who may charge up to $200. The Kiva Dunes course can be known to be very difficult...this is mostly due to the deceiving Gulf Coast winds. I typically play the course early in the morning and am always struck by the overall beauty of the course at that time of day.

Many players feel that they need to hit it harder into a breeze, but this causes them to put more spin on the ball and hit it higher.
